Position will assist the Housing Development Director with day-to-day operations of rental properties, including, but not limited to, inspections, documentation and record keeping, and property maintenance in our nine county service area. I checked with the program director: “Section 3 is the federal requirement that we hire persons who are clients of our programs or who receive any kind of public assistance and live in our service area. For example: a person who lives at one of our homes, a participant in WIA program, someone local who gets food stamps, or a person who is below our 60% income guidelines.” Hope that helps!
